When this came it looked like a different version of what the photos showed. On the photos it showed game controls on the back of the machine as well as the front but the one that came didn’t have them.

I saw this product on a Tik Tok reel and I was eager to purchase it because it had all the classic PS1 & PS2 games.

However, I felt disappointed because the quality of the games was quiet poor. I felt a bit scammed here because of course I've paid for a product that doesn't even deliver what's been promised.

Hence why I returned it.

A few points to mention:

1. When the product arrives, take pictures in case you need to return it.
2. Try to return immediately as soon as it arrives/next day.
3. I think in my situation the seller was happy for the product to not be returned.
4. I did manage to receive a full refund, including the shipping fees.

I have purchased two of these as Christmas presents so I haven’t tested them however the packaged isn’t very good, both boxes were damaged. It was have been better if the boxes were bubble wrapped and then placed in an additional box. That was the item is more secure. Hopefully no damage has been done to the devices.
